Is there a snazzy way to take a folder or .pst full of emails and have some process extract all the names the emails were sent to and dump them into a Contacts list or the to: field on a new message?

Version in question is Outlook 2000, running on Windows 2000.

I just don’t feel like opening/previewing all those messages to get the names!
