The absolute worst I’ve seen is Sasori/Sakura from Naruto. If you are writing about a pairing where one of the characters performs taxidermy with living people, it is incredibly creepy if you use words like “cute” to describe the pairing. Asexual, multi-ton killing machine slash. As far as I’ve seen, the Transformers fandom is divided into two, completely separate groups: people who like giant stompy robots, and people who like slash who wouldn’t know a multi-ton killing machine if it stepped on them. ---

I don’t think most of the Dopers are seeking it out. _Supernatural_ wins my vote for most insane fandom on the net. The dominate pairing by a landslide is Sam/Dean incest, but don’t think people don’t throw John into the mix as well. Underage fics (like Dean-16, Sam-12) are common. And to top it off, the show’s creators, writers, and actors know about the incest thing, and often hint at it on the show (a recent episode had Dean saying his mother was “a babe”). Tony Stark has been raped by the Iron Man suit on more than one occasion.
