If people spring the idea of going out on Mary and she wants to take a few moments to get herself together and people are bitching and moaning about how they’re hungry, and they don’t want to wait and boo hoo, then THEY’RE the pain in the ass. ---

As far as high maintenance - I am not the girl that can toss on a ball cap & leave the house. Never have been. I asked my SO if it bothered him that he had to wait for me to get ready before we go anywhere - it doesn’t. That being said, I make enough money to buy all my own makeup, clothes, handbags, shoes - whatever. I also pay for the majority of the house note, all the utilities and pay for my car. With enough left over to contribute to any ‘fun stuff’ such as dinner or drinks out – High Maintenance?
