Lost a whole post… ::: gah :::: Short version: I like stills. I like to put out stuff to draw critters in. Back on the mountain I had better & more critters, dogs would come by but we only had cats and we put them up at night. If you want to catch critters on a trail or … use invisible LED IR flash. The regular does not bother critters for me. I started with Moultrie camera ( cheap ) and it died here after we moved. Long slow day. Pretty weather. Zeus disappointed we did not go anyplace. Mama did and he was sure there were new treats in the car as we tried to unload it. They are a lot of fun and you set them about 10 feet or so from the camera & sort of off top the side so they are not in the way for shots of other ground critters. ---
