Zeus has been having an ear infection and an injured tail so today was ‘Vet’ day. The big news is that he got his first bath since he has been with us. He behaved very well for a puppy that does not like water hoses and washing in general. Nine pictures in all for that. The dirty water was from just rinsing him as no washing had been started yet. Bawahahaha [Zeus first bath](https://goo.gl/photos/1KTxw9hv6duhkXZy8) ---

CritterCam is back. it has been up about 40 hours. After all the bad luck with the corn, we still got 258 pictures. I only kept 13 and they are nothing special but we got a buck right off the bat. Also a couple of squirrels but no birds yet. The first 2 bags of feed were no good, lots of dust. We took them back and were told that there had been some bags made up from the bottom of the bin. I could feel a lot of kernels so I thought we were good to go. Wrong!! So back to the store last night. We got to swap for two more that felt pretty good. Got home & wrong again. I sifted enough for the night and today we ( Zeus & I, he always gets to go to that place. They are dog friendly and he can roam on his own. ) went and got two more bags. I opened both and checked deep today. They are good. I also got the parts needed for the compressor that had an oops yesterday. I can learn but now I have to be careful of dumping the open bags as we ram through the woods with the mule. Zeus has been going to the vet a lot. Ear infection. A tick infection, Some off the wall one weird one. Hot spots. Hypo-thyroid so medication forever on that. Re did the XRAYS and his bones are knitted together naturally but not quite correctly so he will have the pain forever and his hip-dysplasia will bite him in his butt sooner than normal for the breed. Will need to watch careful so we will know when his time of good life is closing. He gets all the fun we can give him until then. The medications for all this is a tub full, almost as big as mine. Bawahahahah So he is having a great time and he feels really good it seems as the leaves that are down means no critters can sneak on the place that he doesn’t hear. He feels so much better now that he is singing many times a night telling us that all is well. He is on guard and telling the interlopers how the cow ate the cabbage. He is the boss of the yard and the temps are now low enough that he has no intention of being inside anymore than necessary. I wish my doc and my medications made me feel that good. Bawahahahaha We can tell what is going on just by his sing-bark-howl-whine-thunder foot across the deck. We are attuned when we need to grab the guns or not so we are again sleeping better as “The Zeus” is on his post. [CritterCam is back. 13 pics.](https://goo.gl/photos/qBWBzTwaMJe9M1WD7) ---
