D’oh! :smack: I was thinking the wrong place both times, and couldn’t get past that block. Nice clues, **Beware of Doug** , and good solution **amrussell**.

Geography seems to be a hangup for me, as I have no idea what lies between Ojai and Oxnard, and no amount of searching seems to help. Though I now know who to call about real estate in Ventura County, and how to take Ventura County Transit to get to their office. 🙂
