# Cruz and Rubio

Who, in their right mind, would want that lunatic on the Supreme Court? That is way too high a price to pay for getting him out of the Senate.

You’d never be able to tell from his views on the Constitution.  
You’d never know he passed a fourth grade civics class.

I’ve read that there is a general disdain from the people he worked with when he clerked for the court, especially his graphic and emotional writings during death penalty cases.

I think I’ll file SlackerInc’s “helpful suggestions” for Republicans the same place I file adaher’s “helpful suggestions” for the Democrats.

It would be moderately amusing to see Obama submit Cruz’s name just so they can vote him down 99-1. Even McConnell could get behind that.

He doesn’t look much different from Scalia to me, unless as I said he has been putting up a completely bogus front all this time.
