Yeah. No way in hell. Also, no-salt butter? Does that really work? Why wouldn’t the cat’s digestive tract simply absorb all the lipids, with the result being that you end up with a really fat, constipated cat? ---

We always just put them on the wet table (kind of like an exam-table-sized sink with grating over the top) and tag-teamed them. One person restrained, the other person lifted the tail and administered the enema. If I weren’t at work and didn’t have an extra set of hands, I’d burrito wrap 'em with a second towel over the head, point the head toward my back, and hold the bundle against my body with an elbow so as to have both hands free. ---

This - wrap the cat firmly in a towel or two like it’s burrito fillings, tuck under your arm butt-end out. Also works for cats when you have to clean out their ears and usual attempts to do so will create serious struggling. ---
