I also thought of SENSEI and since it’s a sound alike I was mulling over whether SENSEI is meant to be evocative of “census”, but hadn’t quite worked it out yet. ---

It’s not SENSEI, but a similar word. Only two letters are different. ---

I’m thinking along the lines of “RESIDENCE”, but can’t see how “sidence” could mean “discuss”, so it seems wrong. ---
