“What have we got here?”

“Well, we thought at first it was a horse, all tied up under a tarp. But when we looked closer we reralized we had something else.”

(Looks)“A llama”

“Yeah. What’s a llama doing here?”

“In this part of town?”

“In this country. Bad place for llamas”

(Opening credits. Shift to Forensic Lab)

“Bad news. That llama you brought in?”

“Yes?”

“It wasn’t killed. It died of old age.”

“Then why tie up the legs? Why wrap it in a tarp and drop it off in Oakland?”

“You mean they should have left it in San Francisco?”

“Somebody’s trying to cover something up.”

> The animal doesn’t seem to have suffered abuse, and since it wasn’t branded he does not know where to start looking for the owners.

Darn! There’s a good hour-long drama in there somewhere.
