The opening credit music of CSI:NY is a remixed version of Baba O’Reily, a.k.a Teenage Wasteland, from The Who’s album Who’s Next. On my HDTV in stereo, this version is awesome: apparently, besides heavily processing the original instrumental tracks, a brand new vocal track was added by Roger Daltrey. Is there some version of this available as a full length single, and not just the 30 second opening credit version on YouTube? ---

Am I the only one who thinks this song–which is about leaving the city and moving back to the land as a farmer–is a strange choice for a crime series set in one of the world’s largest cities? (And the closed-captioning incorectly gives the second line as “I \*fight \* for my meals”.) ---
