It’s not ice cream, it’s **frozen custard!** There is a difference–custard has egg in it.

well, yeah 😉 (and will be there this weekend) but there’s a White Castle off 55 at the Edwardsville exit, a good 15 minutes before St. Louis. The true WC addict can’t wait to hit St. Louis proper, you see…
