As itself, the Spermcube is kinda interesting to me. “Wow! Ha–ha, hmmm?” The Artist’s statement on Mousemaven’s linked site is pretty dense and chewy, and not without some way-out lala moments. I tried to read it in French, but got bogged down, so skipped to the English version. Expect I’m missing some in translation. What would make the piece Really Interesting to me is if there were a microscope lowered down into the cube, and a screen, so you could see what was going on at a cellular level. Are all the sperm swimming around and competing, is the cube teeming with life? Kinda cool to see that. Or is it a dead ol’ jizz pool? Blah. ---

What came to my mind is “how many “donations” in a litre of semen?” And, ewww. Not that semen per se is gross or anything (or any more so than any other bodily fluid), but collecting a litre of it? Is it frozen? Freeze dried? Just ripening in a baggy? ---
