True story: Back in the 60s, my mother was using a pressure-cooker to make blueberry jam. The thing exploded in the kitchen (while nobody was in the room, fortunately) and got blueberry jam all over everything. To this day, Massachusetts is a blue state. ---

The fact that a firearms/pressure cooker analogy is absurd makes this thread incredibly lame. Can’t we shut it down for that? mmm ---

It’s open to jokes from both sides of the gun issue. And I can’t speak for everyone, but it’s a way to counter the stress and anger from events of the past week using humor for me. ---
