Saw a late model Bronco with **SKN⎵DLR**. Which was a bit eye-catching. Some lettering on the rear window led me to a website for a local day spa skincare beauty treatment place called “Skin Dealer”. Not a great name IMO, but at least it all fits together. ---

Saw **CAMILL** and **KEYSAN** today. I’m guessing they’re someone’s names? Also saw something that made me do a double take. I was sitting at a stoplight and was checking out the plates on the cars parked in the spots along the side of the road. Two of them had consecutive license plate numbers. I thought, “What are the odds?” before I realized that those parking spots are for city employees and both cars were city-owned cars. 🤣 ---

You’re right, that’s probably what happened. The last time I had to get a new plate they mailed it to me so I pretty much forgot that you can go to a branch and get a plate. Still was funny to see at first. 🙂 ---

As I think I’ve said upthread, my car has the plate **INDGUY** - Indy Guy. As a promotion for the Indy Ski Pass, by having the plate I get a free ski pass that cost $400 otherwise. I typically park at the far end of the parking lot at work so I can get more steps. It has the added benefit of no one parking around me. I left the office today and as I approached my car ther was a Subaru parked _RIGHT NEXT_ to me, with empty space all around. Naturally, I was pissed. I was on the phone with my wife and started bitching about this asshole until I got close enough, then I started laughing. This car had **INDBOY** , parked right next to me. I will be stalking the parking lots to find him and return the favor soon. Maybe we’ll end up skiing together. I hope so. ---

The white tesla in the parking lot did not seem **XQUSIT** to me, but maybe a **CUR8TR** knows better? Some day I will **TRNSCND** my pettiness and **GO␣COOL** , but if I get too cool I may want some **5␣O␣U␣P**. **BXGIRL** had car that fit on a **NARO␣RD** , but the **KIDBOX** was probably to big to fit. **CALLUS** I you want to dance **BCHATA**. I am assuming BCHATA is actually Bachata, the latin dance, which, alas I am quite bad at. The CALLUS was a bit bizarre because there were no phone numbers on the vehicle nor any company logo I could see. `//i\\` ---

A couple of good ones on the way home today. **MUMSIE** and **NANA TXI** were both at the stoplight in front of me. The first one was a cute little sports car and the second a non-descript mini-van. ---

Tonight I saw **RUSTYSR**. “Rusty Senior”, I assume. I did not get a look at the driver to see if they were either old or rusty. ---

I feel sorry for **NPFAN** given the current Government shutdown, I don’t feel as sorry for **GOLFIR** for not being able to get their chosen plate though. Regardless of whether they like the water or the food **NORDSEE** is along way away from it in the US. NPFAN was on plate that is in support of National Parks, which is why it was clear what the NP part of the plate meant. `//i\\` ---

Several makes & models of cars had/have a trim level called “SR”. So if the car @WildaBeast saw was one of those that’d be another possible interpretation. But I agree it’s most likely the nickname “Rusty” and senior. ---

Thank you. I was having that awkward feeling there was another W state and university out there, but it just wasn’t coming. And I was too lazy to look it up. The nice phase of senility is when you get past caring that you can’t remember; right now it still bugs me when that happens. 🤪 Saw 3 more today (so far): - **⎵⎵DLEE⎵⎵** on a Tesla Model Y. Someone with first name starting with D and last name Lee most likely. - **MAINMAN** on one of those early 2000s Thunderbirds that harkened back to the original 1950s styling. Car was in great shape and very clean. I wonder what he’s the main man of? - **IKOOL** on a new-ish Genesis SUV. I suppose that sentiment wears better on an SUV than a 911; no smug-assery there. Or at least not much. I smiled. Be funny if the owner had an air conditioning business. ---

**OMGY4LL** that kia is no **CHEETAH** and that van is no **COMET**. I am assuming OMGY4LL is OMG y’all. I suppose it could mean something else, but that is what seemed right in my mind.
