Can we move on past “_Fat_” and whether it was used as an adjective or noun (both)? Where’s the outrage of him referring to them as “_Girls_”, anybody can see they are **Women/Womyn**! (Unless they’re not, not that there’s anything wrong with that.) ---

I haven’t read this entire thread, so someone may have pointed this out before, but it seems to me that tables in the restaurants I ate at when I was a kid were numbered. That would eliminate any need for “nicknames” on the check so that the waiter could remember which table was which.
