My whole family loves them both as well: Olbermann and Maddow are now the only TV shows that I know everyone in the house will pay attention to if I turn them on. [Wil Wheaton](http://farm1.static.flickr.com/35/73045884_1a118b3b66.jpg?v=0) in a less hot but incredibly nerdy outfit. ---

Lisa Kudrow, of Phoebe fame, is reputed to be a huge nerd, though I haven’t seen her out-of-character enough to be able to say. And if we can take a little trip in the Wayback Machine, Hedy Lamarr, in addition to being a gorgeous actress, also made some pioneering advances in communication technology. ---

I’d consider Weird Al Yankovic a nerd, but definitely hot enough to do. And my 17YO daughter wanted Michael Cera (from **Juno** ) for Christmas. [Previous page](https://boards.straightdope.com/t/cute-or-sexy-nerds/481035.md?page=2)
