Judging from some photos, I bet it’s an Allis Chalmers cultivator. [Here](http://www.ytmag.com/cgi-bin/viewit.cgi?bd=ac&th=135766) is an AC tractor with part of a cultivator mounted underneath it. You can tell the tube and brackets seem to be the same as yours. [Here](http://www.allischalmers.com/forum/forum_posts.asp?TID=26862&title=mounted-cultivators-pictures) (fourth from bottom) is what looks like a larger version of yours being towed behind a tractor. You could probably find an Allis Chalmers or tractor forum to get more info and a possible price.

C’mon, this is the Dope. The OP just wanted to post a few cat photos, without having to come out and say he was just posting cat photos.

Nope, it’s the base for this:

Probably used to have an under-the-wheel treadmill attached too.

I’m with the others that suggest posting it for sale, you might get a few takers. I can’t identify the brand, but you could always ask on one of the many antique farm equipment websites out there.

[www.ytmag.com](http://www.ytmag.com) (Yesterdays Tractors Magazine Online)

happens to be one of my favorite general sites. Heck, if it was a cultivator I wanted I’d offer to buy!

If you REALLY needed it gone, I’d suggest a cutting torch, though you probably don’t have that handy or portable…
