Woo hoo Howdy all,
Just got home from band practice, we actually nailed 3 songs today. We still be loud and very metal/punk. I am having a blast so yeah for me the old man rocking out.

Had a warm sandwich with the last of the cranberry. Tomorrow the rest will either become enchiladas or fricassee or divan.

How fun! We had one of those about a month ago. The email apparently went out to more than 50,000 people and we only had about 20 reply-alls. I was impressed. Iām sure the person who sent it got lots more. NYU one was amusing, **Bobbio**. I liked the closing message. š
Decorating went nicely. I also ran a bunch of errands.
Now Iām deciding what to do with my evening.

I hate ironinā. However I lurve me some cotton shirts so get over it bear. Thus, I iron until I get tired and then iron some more the next day. Plus I iron OYKWās shirts cause heād wear 'em all wrinkly if it were up to him. Heās a spoiled brat.

What if I got Mrs Plant v3.0ās permission\*, would you rub my feet then?
I am just full of arthritic related aches and pains, and the cold weather just makes it that much worse.

Of course.
But this cold weather thing. I donāt see how temperature could affect oneās insides. If the internal temperature of the body is only a few degrees away from 98.6 or 96.8, whatever it is normally, one becomes seriously ill. Perhaps muscle shivers caused by the skin becoming cold affect the muscles and joints.

Well folks, itās been a god-awful week for me. Hell itās been a god-awful two months.
I had to leave Arkansas on Tuesday because my Dad took a really bad turn. They werenāt sure he was going to make it through the day. It was hellacious trying to get a flight home, but I finally got home at 11:30 Tuesday night.
Yesterday, I rushed down to the hospital and said my final farewell to my Dad. I told him I loved him and that it was okay to let go.
He passed away at 10:40 this morning. I am drained and numb and it doesnāt feel quite real. He went downhill so fast, especially in the last seven days.
There are funeral arrangements to finish wrapping up and a funeral Saturday after this. We will hold a private, family only viewing this Sunday.
I canāt believe itās over. I didnāt want him to suffer, but am so very sad heās gone. ā¹
