# cynyc suspended for a month

**cynyc** has been suspended for 30 days ending July 11. **cynyc** has only been on the board for a few months but has been warned three times in the last month about being a jerk.

[She was warned for this insulting MPSIMS post](http://boards.straightdope.com/sdmb/showthread.php?p=15075823#post15075823) ([warning here](http://boards.straightdope.com/sdmb/showthread.php?p=15075885#post15075885)), [as well as this one in IMHO](http://boards.straightdope.com/sdmb/showthread.php?p=15104372#post15104372) ([warning here](http://boards.straightdope.com/sdmb/showthread.php?p=15104976#post15104976)), [and for this post Friday](http://boards.straightdope.com/sdmb/showthread.php?p=15148523#post15148523) ([warning here](http://boards.straightdope.com/sdmb/showthread.php?p=15150452#post15150452)). She was advised that this kind of posting might lead to a ban and didn’t improve. Even so, the staff decided to try a 30-day suspension instead of a ban. **cynyc** is going to have to improve if she wants to stick around for long after this suspension ends.
