I remember a comedy video of the song “Daddy Don’t You Walk So Fast” that started with one little girl pleading with a man who is walking away form her and ended with the same man running in fear as he is being chased by dozens of desperate little girls, I remember seeing this in the seventies. Does anybody remember the source? Perhaps an early SNL sketch?

Hi, **alfonzos** :

[This](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WDwfQC7XHxY) may be the video you remember. Apparently, it was aired on the _Fridays_ show, perhaps in the first season.

Thanks for posting the question. Take care.

I liked Fridays. The first sighting of Michael Richards.

Agreed. _Fridays_ tended to be edgier, with a lot of dope jokes and blatant innuendos that _SNL_ was too chicken to attempt, and I liked that then, thinking it brave and innovative, and I still do. Also, _Fridays_ usually had better musical guests than _SNL._.
