# Damn hail

Some other passing thoughts:

Regardless of how many storms you’ve been in, when you’re seeing black on the radar map (virtually solid), and the intersection you’re nearest is smack dab in the middle of it, and you can’t hear a thing either the TV or your freinds are saying because the hail is causing a solid roar of noise… it’s scary.

A few minutes after the hail core passed, a light rain was being blown back on us from the backside of the storm. Yeah, I went outside to look at the back of the beast. Leaves, twigs, and sticks were falling with the rain. Odd sight.

You’re welcome. I’m glad you made it though okay. I understand that even further north, the hail was \*three feet deep \* in places. Incredible!

That actually is a possibility. several news crews / storm chasers were out filming in my neighbourhood.
