But I for one wouldn’t want everyone assuming I had been a smoker if I died of lung cancer. (Although in my case it’s a non-issue since I’m not famous, so the only people who’d hear about it if I died already know I don’t smoke.)

Amazing how the demonization of smokers has gotten to the point where a non-smoker may actually worry about the public thinking he was a smoker when he wasn’t.

or maybe it’s just that the poster wouldn’t want people to think he was stupid enough to continue smoking and that helped cause his death.
