I think it’s from the Health Care bill, Nancy Pelosi did [say](http://www.speaker.gov/newsroom/pressreleases?id=1576) “But we have to pass the bill so that you can find out what is in it, away from the fog of the controversy." I’m guessing it won’t be the only surprising thing in the bill. ---
