Instantly, as in light was panting trying, and failing, to keep up. Kid Memes are all wibbly-wobbly, quantum-wantum like that and scientists can’t explain it.

I am only half exaggerating. Kid Memes are the best support for a Collective Unconscious I’ve found.

I grew up in Pennsylvania in the 60s during the show’s original run, so everybody knew the theme.

There are a number of books which collect children’s versions of songs. One of them is _Greasy Grimy Gopher Guts_ by Josepha Sherman and T. K. F. Weisskopf. I was one of the many people who contributed a little bit to that book.
