For years I bought yoplait or dannon plain, because the already sweetened fruity yogurt is so cloyingly sweet it’s like eating frosting. So I’d just mix a spoonful of apricot or cherry jam, or a little honey…delicious snack that’s not like having a bowl of pudding. Of course now the plain is getting harder and harder to find, the powers that be have decided that we need to have a glycemic spike when we’d like to snack on yogurt. ---
