Daring highway kitten rescue! Footage inside. (Also, we need a kitty name...)

I was going to suggest Macadam!

I will definitely keep trying in these cat-naming threads. In this day and age, your life just isn’t complete until you’ve named a stranger’s cat over the Internet.

Huzzah!

She looks like she’s a dilute tortoiseshell…and torties have a thing called tortietude. There is only one name they respond to - “Your Highness”.

I have two of them - you got that right. They have as much personality in one little paw as some cats have in their whole bodies.

Good for you, ladyfoxfyre! Isabella is a wonderful name for Her Highness.

Dither; to be stressed by heat and vibration, as under the hood of a car.
sniff.

I’ve got a couple grays. One is Quicksilver and one is Graycie.

My husband was driving truck years ago and saw a gray kitty on the side of the expressway. On the way back, he saw it again so he turned around and it was still there. He pulled over and grabbed him.

This happened on the Dan Ryan Expressway so he named him Dirty Dan.

It was a very good suggestion, I definitely considered it. Very fitting and appropriate.
