These are new to me, no idea how long they’ve been ont he shelves, since I normally avoid the cookie aisle.

Yum.

My favorite cookies ever were the mystic mints: mint cream filling with dark chocolate cookies covered in chocolate. They took them off the shelves years ago alas.

Some time ago, there was a keebler cookie that was a soft shortbread filled with creamy fudge. It was delicious, and far more decadent then my 8 year old palette deserved. I have not been able to track them down.

Alas, dark chocolate sandies will be in my basket on the next shopping trip.

Stopping at the grocery store on the way home. I’ve had a crappy week. These might be just the ticket. If they turn out ot be a crushing disappointment I’ll kepp it to myself.

Wait! I’m supposed to find a more positive method of self soothing. I’ll take a bath. Then, in the morning when I feel better I’ll buy myself some cookies.
