Dark chocolate-- I learned to love it 'cause of my Dad’s influence. Otherwise I might be like my mom and sister, wallowing in fatty-slimy, yet somehow gritty-chalky Hershey’s milk chocolate hell. Thanks Dad!

It’s not exactly the same thing, but Mexican hot chocolate can be bought at the grocery store. I’ve always used the Abuelita brand. It’s not the darkest chocolate, but not milk chocolate. When prepared with hot water instead of milk, you can add a bit of chile to it and you’d have **Aztec chocolate**. Good for nibbling straight from the package, since it’s sort of cinnamony/choclatey.

I don’t drink coffee. Full stop.

Though I vote for dark chocolate as well.
