Anyone ever posted themselves on here in search of a match? It sounds like a good idea but Im not sure if this is frowned apon or if its simply against the rules. I figure I see plenty of intelligent people on here and thats pretty high on my list…intelligence I mean. So has this been done and more importantly…has it ever actually worked? If the answer to these questions is “yes” Ill be posting a new thread shortly. ---

That’s too bad. I am in agreement with D1A1S1 as far as finding intelligence an attractive quality about someone. Are you sure there’s no way around this? ---

There are plenty of ways around it, but none of them involve the Straight Dope Message Boards.
