My 16 year old daughter is a huge fan. She thinks it’s all part of his charm. I don’t get it. I can’t stand him or Emily Proctor. Eeee! She makes my skin crawl. The accent; ugh, I hear it’s original, but it sounds as phony as she looks. ---

He’s been the same sort of character in everything I’ve seen him in, back to that movie where Bill Murray was the tough guy and De Niro was the wimpy cop… I really can’t imagine what that’d be like. He was the young, smart cop in Rambo. I thought he was good in that. ---

His obvious affectation on CSI:M makes me wonder just how hampered directors are when working on a TV series. I guess “let’s try something different with your character” just isn’t an option.
