Say, **DavidB** , how does that whole moderator thing work? I picture you guys with your talons perched on ‘f’ and ‘j’ staring intently at the scrolling screen 24 hrs a day, ready to pounce should some dumbass poke his ignorance spewing head out of the mole-hole. Is it anything like that, or do you just say, “Hey **Guadere** , while you’re getting me a beer will you look and see if there are any smart ass upstarts on the message board looking to get razzed by me?”

Whoops, mixed metaphors. But I trust none of us here in the GD forum are metaphor bigots are we? Wouldn’t the world be a better, more diverse place because of their union? Can’t the image of a brave and just bald eagle get along with that of a Whack-A-Mole™ table?

I use a Dvorak keyboard layout.
If I ever became a moderator, I’d have to keep my talons perched on “u” and “h”.
