Every spring and every fall, when the time changes, I _know_ I miss one clock. So I go through the whole house, checking all the clocks and watches, checking the car, the kitchen, everywhere. This year, I was _sure_ I found them all. Nope. I just found this spring’s missing clock! The radio in my office (one of 3 clocks I have in a space not large enough to swing a cat – not that I’ve tried, because we can’t have pets at work). I now am on the right time. Everywhere. That I know of. ---

Thankfully daylight saving time finished here on Easter Sunday. I thought I’d got all the clocks too but I realised this morning that I had forgotten to put the clock back on my answering machine. ---

The one I missed was (is) in my car. I couldn’t figure it out–partly because every time I thought of it, I was driving. About three weeks ago my kid said, “Hey, I see how this works,” and fixed it. Yes. Three weeks ago. I’ll have to get him right on it. ---

I basically ignore the clock on my VCR unless I need to record something. The one that causes me the most problems is the one in my car - I can never remember how to change it, so I just fiddle around with it until I get it right. That’s not a matter of forgetting, though. More like avoiding. ---
