# DayZ: True zombie survival horror

I’m tempted to give it a try again with this private hive stuff, but isn’t the dayz standalone just around the corner? Haven’t really kept up on it.

Yes, they will be offering a combo pack that ships with Duke Nukem Forever.

Heh! The dev posts have been coming in more regularly and Rocket says he will be climbing Everest in two months so I’m betting it will be out before then.

Been playing Wasteland, Dayz, and I44 lately, liking the team aspects a lot but you have to find a server that has decent people on it. Billy Mays Remembrance Foundation is mostly good except when the kiddies get out of school.

Well, I can certainly think of no better way to prepare for a Everest climb than to spend the next two months writing code all day. Let’s hope it’s released before then…since he’s probably going to die up there.
