Regretably, and in no way related to the ‘kids’ issue, I will be unable to attend. The client has decided that this weekend would be a good time to run validation scripts on the latest stability release for a major enterprise piece of software, and I’m to be part of it. Lovely. There are days when it’s better to not be noticed. So, sadly, I’ll not be there, but I wish you an excellent party, and it’s even half as exciting as your future life, it’ll be one hell of a shindig! ---

Cool seeing you again, **RT**. I missed the Chico Marx part but thanks to **Geobabe** for passing out her stuffed animal collection to the guests! Penguins (including Opus), Taz Devils, and one I couldn’t resist, a fuzzy Baby Seal! Awww. My kids were delighted. ---

This is Jomo, I’m back home now! I wrote the above post. This morning I was over at Muslim Guy’s house and used his computer. He didn’t tell me he was already logged in to the SDMB so now my post went out under his name. I e-mailed **Arnold Winkelreid** about it and he suggested I post again to explain what happened. Now I’m negotiating with Muslim Guy 'cause he owes me one for raising his post count at my expense! Anyway, great party, GeoBill, sorry I couldn’t stay longer! ---

**Geobabe and Bill** , thank you for the honor of sharing your happiness. I had a wonderful time and was thrilled to see you both so happy. Also, mad props go out to **Geobabe’s Mom** for allowing us to take over Chez Geobabe’s Mom for the evening, and also **Anita** for the lovely spread. Thank you both very much.
