Sorry it took so long; I had to check some stuff. It is with heavy heart and great sadness that I must announce my inability to attend. My Brother-IL is in town with his family. We will be spending Sunday with them before they leave. Unfortunately the hour of their departure, when compared to the onset of the festivities, makes my, Mrs. Spritle’s and BabySpritle’s (The Littlest Doper[sup]TM[/sup] attendance all but impossible. Bring the high chair! We’re a go! I haven’t been to the Tortilla Factory in about 10 years! As some of you don’t venture that far OUT to Herndon it’s pretty rare that we venture that far IN. So I’m looking forward to seeing it. We may only stay for an hour or so (depending on Lil Baby Kate) but it’ll be great to see everyone. ---

Patrick! Where were ya, bud? There we were, all lined up to pummel you, and had to settle for punishing the cake and ice cream instead. Other than 'punha’s absence, the whole thing was tremendous fun, as always, and I hereby notify the DC/Balt/No.Va/Penn Dopers that the next Dopefest will be either on the 19th or 20th of August, location to be decided. The occasion is the trashing and torturing of our own Airman Doors, before he goes off to be trashed and tortured by the USAF’s best training instructors. All are invited, especially those with particularly devious and cruel minds. ---
