I don’t _hate_ it.. It just doesn’t look like a super-hero costume to me. Killing off the amazons seems logical. Nowadays with Google Earth, it wouldn’t be a hidden island anymore, and it would upset the balance of power to have an island full of people who had the power of Superman. Imagine if there were multiple Martian Manhunters, or Superman himself. ---

I’d say the redesign is already working. Because let’s face facts, this change has nothing to do with character development or exploring new story directions. It’s about declining comic book sales and an attempt to drum up some publicity in the hope it’ll bump up sales. ---

I haven’t heard anything about a movie involving Wonder Woman. Both her intended origin story movie, and Justice League movie, have been scrapped, and nothing else has emerged from their ashes, at least that I’ve heard about. Anything could happen, of course, but DC is not a powerhouse of movie-making at the moment; it’s Marvel that’s kicking it right now. ---

Wow, that’s almost as bad as her bike shorts outfit from a few years back. This is the only image I could find. The one on the right is the “real” WW, the one on the left was the then current WW, some other character, I didn’t follow the storyline so I can’t tell any details.
