Since someone woke this thread up - I wonder, they often have these shots of the ships, in rough seas and bad weather, with the crew working and apparently cotemporaneous with the preceding footage of the crew on the ship, but taken seemingly from another ship, 50-100 yards away or so. I think having a ship follow each one of the ships would be prohibitively expensive - do they just have one filming ship that flits between ships to make those shots to be strategically used?
