In the US version of DoND what do the models do? In the U.K. version there isn’t even one model, just a bearded gnome, I can’t help but feel cheated in some way. The website has a long list of models on it but doesn’t say what they actually do during the show.
They hold the cases.
The one with the case that the contestant picks for his own comes over and hands it to him or puts it on the table next to him (or her.) Can’t remember quite which.
They also open up the cases that are called out to be opened and ‘eliminated’, unless Howie suggests or insists at a late stage of the game that one of the contestant’s loved ones (who suggested calling out that particular case number) open it themselves.
