If anyone was posting ridicules “why Obama is so dangerous to America” screeds on my page it would be brought to a rapid halt. That kind of disrespect is not the act of a friend. ---

I had a situation where a Facebook friend started getting all right-wing nutty during the election, posting woe-is-us predictions of doom and gloom for America if Obama won and repeating talk radio talking points ad nauseum. Unfortunately, she is my Aunt so it was a little harder to unfriend and never speak to her again. On the plus side she has mostly stopped since Obama was sworn in and I realized early on never to try to engage her with truth or facts as it just encouraged her. I also get a charge knowing that her daughter is even more liberal then me. 🙂 ---
