Well what a strange coninkeydink that I was just about to ask you for a pit welcome when I saw your reply over in the goldie thread. Fact is stranger than fiction ain’t it? I realize of course you are a step above the other moderators on here and don’t require chocolate or me slathering on about how nice it would be to have a welcome from you or how important you are. Nope, I know that you are above such trivialities. And I don’t feel the need to remind you that we were friends at one time and on the same level instead of like now where I am just a nothing and you are king of the pit( no offense alpha.) Of course let’s be realistic. _Mrs. aha_ is the one who would be really disappointed if you decided not to welcome us to the pit. Not to say that I wouldn’t enjoy it just as much as her but when I told her you might just open us up a personal welcome to the pit thread, tears came to her eyes. And one of them is glass, so you know that she is really moved about the possiblity. Ok, I gotta go but since this is the pit I feel obligated to say, “thanks in advance your bastardness for the welcoming thread we may recieve.” And if you ever down my way please stop in for a glass of iced tea. I’ll tell the little woman to keep her eye out for you. ---

**aha** To see a man so willingly take a step back and give up his dignity just to bring a little pleasure to his wife truly touched me. I was nearly in tears by the time I finished reading your post. You are surely a man among men and I can only hope and pray that Mrs. aha realizes how blessed she is to have such an unselfish, adoring husband. As of this moment, with God as my witness, I shall devote my life to becoming a moderator on this board so that I too can someday welcome you to this board. **iampunha** …Hey, the man told me in writing that when he makes the big come-back tour, I could be the roadie carrying his guitar. Dispite the odds, I try to cover all the bases. It’s known as “creative career enhancement”, AKE “Sucking up”. I feel dirty and shamed for it …but a man’s gotta do what a man’s gotta do. 🙂
