One of the highlights for me was when somebody argued “OMG, don’t say that, you’re agreeing with curlcoat!” Fucking slick approach if you’re 12. I think the latin is “ad cootie”. ---

This is one of the reasons why the upper class traditionally turned to wetnurses. Nursing a baby will drastically interfere with your social life. ---

If you are online trying to book a hotel room and you are confused about rates, DO NOT CALL THE HOTEL. I have no idea what fucking website you’re looking at, no idea what kind of parameters you have set on that website, and telling me you hold a priority membership card with the hotel is not going to change that fact. I would, instead, contact someone connected to the website about these questions as you would at least have that common basis to start from. Calling me and saying, “Well I’m looking online and it says xyz” is no help. Online is a big place. Online says a lot of things–some of them aren’t even true! :eek: I know, shocking, right? Call me about what type of rooms we have, whether we accept pets, how many people you can cram onto a bed, the distance to various places, I can answer that. But stop calling me about whatever fucking rate you’re looking at “online.” ---
