Going off on a tangent her Iā€™m surprised I have never seen a service animal in church. All the ā€œseeing eyeā€ dogs Iā€™ve ever been around are at least as well, or often better behaved than the children. Iā€™ve seen blind, or vision impaired folks in church, and one I knew had a dog, but the dog wasnā€™t with them. ---

If anyone from Madison, WI is reading this thread, thereā€™s a good chance theyā€™re thinking ā€œGeez, that Chauncyā€¦ā€ Chauncy spent years, maybe decades, being pushed all over town in a baby carriage sporting a homemade On Duty sign. And Chauncyā€™s elderly Service Human would pre-emptively scold people: ā€œIf I say heā€™s a service dog, then legally you canā€™t ask what service heā€™s providing.ā€ Luckily, none of the numerous clerks he ā€œvisitedā€ every day had ever seen a cuter little 15 yr old toy poodle, so Chauncy brightened up their day. She may also have had a machine that blows the print up to a size where she could read it, or even ā€œspeakā€ it to her. ---
