The Living Daylights: Truck falls off cliff, Bond uses parachute to escape

The Peacemaker: Truck falls off bridge, Clooney grabs cable to escape

The Living Daylights (again): Bond blows up bridge, tanks plummet

The Spy Who Loved Me: Motorcycle that fires sidecar as rocket crashes through chicken feather truck and flies off cliff

True Lies: Teetering car falls off blown-up bridge after Pelican lands on it

Doctor Who #4 (Tom Baker) “dies” from a fall off a SETI-scope platform, only to regenerate into an entirely different person. Does that count?

on “Dark Shadows” (both daytime & primetime version): Barnabas Collins’s beloved Josette (circa 1798) throws herself off the “Widow’s Hill” cliff rather than become a vampire like him. Actually, several other people die from falls off of “Widow’s Hill” clifftop (or leaping from it). She’s just the most prominent character to do so.
