It would only have consequences in so far as you allowed it. Compared to actual real consequences, like never being able to have sex again, being blind, etc. - those are real, quantifiable problems you will suffer for the rest of your life. ---

It would irreparably damage your relationship with your parent - they’d be really fucking traumatised by it even if you weren’t (doubt \*they’d \*ever be having sex again), it’d repulse most everyone you know, losing you friends and future partners, it’d damage your career prospects if anyone there ever found out, social services would investigate, if you had kids - they’d probably ban your parent from having contact with your children - and bang go your chances of ever adopting should you wish to. And that’s if you’re like you, and apparently think there’d be no emotional repercussions for you at all. All of this would be lessened if the alternative were blindness or quadriplegia, because people would understand the decision more. But trust me, not many people would understand you choosing to bang your mom all night (‘marathon sex,’ remember, not just a quick hand-job) for a reason other than losing one of your senses. They would probably think that you had, in fact, lost your senses. ---

My sister is always making up these kinds of scenarios and badgering us to answer. I hate it IRL too. Besides, my opposite-sex parent was revolting all on his own even without being my father. No way in hell. ---

Why would anyone have to know? Hi, glad you gave me this job interview, btw I fucked my mom when a magical entity forced me to choose between that and blindness. Are you going to tell? Your mom? If I met a quadripelagic who said “you know, I didn’t have to spend the rest of my life this way, shitting myself, unable to do anything, and forcing someone to take care of me 24/7, but I would’ve had to have done something really icky for one night to avoid it, so at least I’m sane!” … yeah, right. ---
