Unless there’s a Doper working in the hospital they took him to, we’re unlikely to find out before later today. Drudge’s article notes that the family won’t make it public until “Monday, at the earliest”. Considering that Drudge is pretty consistently inconsistent on accuracy, I’d give it 50/50 odds. ---

I tried checking [CNN.com](http://CNN.com) for a reliable source and they had no mention of it, though interestingly Marvel has authorized a new series of _Fantastic Four_ toons. ---

I have never wanted Drudge to be more wrong than now. Reeve has never lost hope. He’s a symbol of hope for so many people. Never say die. ---

FoxNews said that Reeve had cardiac arrest yesterday (or recently, anyway) and fell into a coma and died Sunday. This, apparently according to his publicist. ---
