If there is to be a death penalty, I think that raping a child (or any kind of rape [barring statutory rape, of course]) would qualify for it.

If children who were raped go on to become child rapists, shouldn’t we logically kill the child rapist and the child? If we did this, then this would be the last generation of child rapists.
They’d thank us for this in 50 years.
