Part of the Resurrection was that Jesus was placed over all authority in heaven and earth, they could not harm Him in any way, Jesus was totally free.
In your OP that is not the case so that guy’s fate would be under the authority of the US court.

Now perhaps if a angelic host came down and it was seen that this guy was dead and restored to life supernaturally you may have a case, but again Jesus was no longer under the authority of the state, this guy seems to be.
I’m guessing the doctor that said J was dead is going to be the fall guy on this one. He’ll lose his practice and probably be arrested as a co-conspirator. As well as the family and the people who ran the funeral home.
They will all be executed.
Although the more likely result is that seeing as he’s already committed crimes that warrant his death, he disappears into some top-secret government lab to be experimented on, to discover the key to immortality.
