Death penalty for Jesus in U.S. Court -- what would happen?

Part of the Resurrection was that Jesus was placed over all authority in heaven and earth, they could not harm Him in any way, Jesus was totally free.

In your OP that is not the case so that guy’s fate would be under the authority of the US court.

Big difference.

Now perhaps if a angelic host came down and it was seen that this guy was dead and restored to life supernaturally you may have a case, but again Jesus was no longer under the authority of the state, this guy seems to be.

I’m guessing the doctor that said J was dead is going to be the fall guy on this one. He’ll lose his practice and probably be arrested as a co-conspirator. As well as the family and the people who ran the funeral home.
They will all be executed.

Good lord, did no one learn any thing from George Romero? If he dies and comes back to life you SHOOT HIM IN THE HEAD.

I thought Lazarus showed him that trick.

We killed him once, we can kill him again!

Although the more likely result is that seeing as he’s already committed crimes that warrant his death, he disappears into some top-secret government lab to be experimented on, to discover the key to immortality.

What factual findings were made by the trial court? Was there substantial evidence in the record to support them?

The Supreme Court will decide an issue after it’s been hashed out by the fact-finder below. What did the trial court decide happened?
