# Death Penalty Question

Regarding Islamic law, IANAIL (I am not an Islamic lawyer) but I did read several reports within the last couple of years regarding America’s Sweethearts, the Taliban. They attempted to execute a number of men for homosexual activity by pushing a wall on them with a bulldozer. Several of the men survived and were allowed to live (it being 'God’s will" that they survive). I had the story in my files but have been unable to locate it as of yet. I will keep looking.
