I am tiptoeing into this thread because I’m not a Regular and therefore I won’t participate in this discussion except to ask everyone who used the word REGULAR: What is the definition of regular…# of posts? Months of membership on the SDMB? No, I’d just as soon stay a newbie. I’m only curious. ---

**Skel** , at 144 posts in 52 days, I’d say that you are participating “regularly” and that pretty much makes you a “reg.” (Of course, if 74 of those posts happened over the last two days, that might indicate a sudden interest, rather than regular participation.) Back on AOL, we had a couple of folks who always complained about the Evil R.E.G.s, but they posted so often that they were, indeed, regular posters. (One actually held some records for the number of submissions by any posters for a while.) There is no “rule” on becoming a member of the Evil R.E.G.s.
